SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are processed within 5 business days and are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. Shipping times may vary depending on the final destination.
Packages ship from our shop in Quinte West, Canada.
FREE DELIVERY TO OUR TRIBE IN -- BELLEVILLE, ON | BRIGHTON, ON | TRENTON, ON | PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, ON (DM us on Instagram or e-mail for further details).
Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
For international shipments of goods, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs clearance fees. Cactus Rose is not responsible for any charges incurred. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the items back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your online order.
To do an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com and include your invoice number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within 2 business days confirming the exchange, along with the address to ship your items to. We will then send you a custom invoice for the item(s) you request in exchange and once we receive payment on your invoice, we will ship the exchange order out right away. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will refund you with your original method of payment. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to show up on your statement. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement items.
All items returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the tags attached and the original packing slip included.
Please note that all sale items are final sale.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
To make a change or cancel an order, you have up to 3 hours to get in touch from the time you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your request is made outside of the 3 hour window, the original order will be processed and shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or concerns.
We stand behind all of our products. If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 15 day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to email@example.com with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo if possible) and your invoice number.
